The House of Representatives and Senate have adjourned until December 28, 2022 at which time the 101st Legislature will adjourn sine die. The 102nd Legislature will convene on January 11, 2023.

HB 4416 (A Bill to Prohibit Certain Restrictive Covenants in Deeds) passed the House unanimously on 12/8. It now moves onto the governor for her signature.
