Agenda: HB 5040 Clarify definition of regularly employed in commission on law enforcement standards act and allow for certain waivers; SB 449 Clarify definition of regularly employed in commission on law enforcement standards act and allow for certain waivers; HB 4779 Provide for waiver of certain standards regarding law enforcement officer employment requirements under certain circumstances; HB 6038 Provide for penalties for possession, use, or sale of a chemically altered compound used for explicit purpose of getting high; Pending the introduction and referral of: HB 6226 Prohibit possession or use of certain substances that mimic effects of marihuana, and provide penalties; and any business properly before this committee.
