6/28 Senate Judiciary
Agenda: SB 504 Prohibit dispensing medical marihuana within 1,000 feet of a church or school; SB 505 Establish qualification for designation as primary caregiver; And any other business to come properly before the committee.

6/29 Senate Appropriations
Agenda: SB 435 Extend age eligibility for young adult foster care program, guardianship assistance, and adoption assistance to the age of 21; SB 436 Modify age criteria for certain services provided to juveniles for continuing jurisdiction; SB 437 In definition of child modify age criteria to remain a ward of the Michigan children's institute; SB 438 In definition of child modify age criteria for child care organizations; SB 439 In definition of child modify age criteria to continue to receive guardianship assistance; SB 440 In definition of child modify age criteria to remain in foster care and receive adoption subsidy; SB 416 Reduce circuit court and district court judges in number; SB 522 Allow access to law enforcement information network (LEIN) system by department of human services under certain circumstances; And any other business to come properly before the committee.
