Agenda: HB 4109 Prohibit partial-birth abortions; HB 4110 Enact sentencing guidelines for crime of performing a partial-birth abortion; SB 135 Clarify process for judicial waiver of parental consent requirement; SB 580 Establish penalties for failure to report a missing child or death of a child to law enforcement agencies in a timely manner; SB 626 Enact sentencing guidelines for crime of failing to report death of minor or to report child as missing; SB 321 Exempt required coverage for medical marihuana coverage in insurance policies; And any other business to come properly before the committee.

HB 4998 Civil procedure; evictions; court procedures; make miscellaneous revisions. Amends secs. 5732 & 5739 of 1961 PA 236 (MCL 600.5732 & 600.5739) & adds sec. 5736.

HB 5002 Worker's compensation; definitions; definition of disability and conditions on compensation for covered injuries; modify. Amends secs. 301, 315, 331, 353, 354, 360, 361 & 801 of 1969 PA 317 (MCL 418.301 et seq.) ; adds sec. 306 & repeals ch. 4 of 1969 PA 317 (MCL 418.401418.441).

SB 684 Property; other; affidavits to correct errors or omissions relating to previously recorded documents; allow. Amends 1915 PA 123 (MCL 565.451a565.453) by adding sec. 1d.

SB 688 Crimes; perjury; unsworn declaration made under penalty of perjury; include as a statement punishable as perjury. Amends sec. 423 of 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.423).

SB 689 Civil procedure; evidence; uniform unsworn foreign declarations act; create. Amends sec. 2102 of 1961 PA 236 (MCL 600.2102) & adds ch. 21A.

HB 4993 Insurance; no-fault; personal protection benefits; prohibit undocumented aliens from receiving. Amends sec. 3113 of 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.3113).

HB 4995 Human services; other; immunity for certain human services employees; prohibit. Amends 1939 PA 288 (MCL 710.21–712A.32) by adding sec. 2f to ch. XIIA.

HB 5004 Sales tax; collections; collection of tax on internet sales; provide for. Amends 1933 PA 167 (MCL 205.51205.78) by adding sec. 2b.

HB 5005 Use tax; collections; collection of tax on internet sales; provide for. Amends 1937 PA 94 (MCL 205.91205.111) by adding sec. 5a.
