2008-19–Retention of the Amendment of Rule 3.928 of the Michigan Court Rules
By order dated May 6, 2008, this Court adopted the amendment of Rule 3.928 of the Michigan Court Rules with immediate effect. Notice of the proposed changes and an opportunity for comment in writing and at a public hearing having been provided, and consideration having been given to the comments received, the amendment of Rule 3.928 of the Michigan Court Rules is retained.
