FOCUS: Business Courts and Veterans Courts in Michigan
On Tuesday, October 16, Governor Rick Snyder signed into law HB 5128, a bill to create business courts, and HB 5159 and 5162, bills to create veterans’ treatment courts. All three bills were supported by the State Bar of Michigan.
