How to Prove Disability and Make a Record With Pre- and Post-Hearing Memoranda
Eric Schnaufer
Some ALJs require a pre-hearing memorandum. This workshop identifies common mistakes found in pre-hearing memoranda. A claimant normally has a right to submit a post-hearing memorandum. Too few claimants exercise that right. This workshop describes how best to use a post-hearing memorandum to prove disability and make a record for appeal.
