HB 5445 Health; medical marihuana; injunctive relief or damages against local governmental entities; prohibit to a marihuana dispensary operating in violation of local ordinances. Amends 2008 IL 1 (MCL 333.26421 - 333.26430) by adding sec. 9a.

HB 5452 Employment security; administration; religious exemption from electronic filing; provide for. Amends sec. 13 of 1936 (Ex Sess) PA 1 (MCL 421.13).

Support: SB 0811 Family law; other; surrogate parenting act; repeal, and establish the gestational surrogate parentage act. Creates new act.
