HB 4300 Allow videorecorded statements to be used in child protective services hearings, increase fines for improper release of, and require to be retained for certain period of time.

HB 4612 (VerHeulen) Criminal procedure; sentencing; certain permissible costs; extend sunset. Amends sec. 1k, ch. IX of 1927 PA 175 (MCL 769.1k).

HB 4613 (VerHeulen) Courts; other; trial court funding commission; create, and prescribe powers and duties. Creates new act.
