HB 4674 S-1 (Mental Health Code) returned from the Senate on 10/19.
SBM Position: Support the portions of the bill that improve the functioning of the courts.
Elder Law & Disability Rights Section Position: Support.
Judicial Section Position: Support.

SB 403 (An Act to Regulate Pet Shops, Animal Control Shelters, and Animal Protection Shelters) passed the Senate unanimously on 10/19.
