Juvenile convictions can have a significant and lasting impact. The Saginaw County Bar Association and Legal Services of Eastern Michigan (LSEM) hosted a Juvenile Criminal Record Expungement meeting on October 21, 2019, at the Hoyt Library Auditorium in Saginaw, Michigan. Low-income members of the public were able to attend the free informational meeting scheduled from 6:00-7:30 p.m. where local attorneys from the Saginaw Bar and Legal Services of Eastern Michigan (LSEM) provided answers to common questions about juvenile expungement, eligibility, and the expungement process. Attorneys on-site were also able to make referrals to free or low-cost legal counsel.
