Attorney and mayor of the City of Milan, Dominic Hamden, started “Milan Moments” at the request of Milan resident, Erin Held, to help people deal with the loneliness they are experiencing during this time of self-quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Each day at 7 p.m., Milan residents come outside of their homes to wave and interact with each other for about 15 minutes, all while respecting the social distancing order.
