The State Bar of Michigan cordially invites you to attend the dedication of our 41st Michigan Legal Milestone, commemorating the fact that Michigan's government was the first in the English-speaking world to outlaw capital punishment for murder and lesser crimes.

The milestone dedication will begin with a reception, and conclude with a panel discussion. There is no charge to attend the event.
