FOCUS: Michigan Indigent Defense Commission Standards to LARA
Last Tuesday, the Michigan Indigent Defense Commission (MIDC) submitted its first set of standards to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Interested parties can comment on the standards by emailing at or mailing to 200 N. Washington Square, 3rd Floor, Lansing, MI 48913. Comments are accepted through March 9, 2017.
