
Michigan Innovation and IP Legal Writing Competition
The Intellectual Property Law Section and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Graduate Program in Intellectual Property Law are co-sponsoring the second annual Michigan Innovation and IP Legal Writing Competition. The competition seeks to recognize outstanding original works of legal scholarship in the fields of intellectual property and innovation law, and is open to J.D. students at any Michigan law school. The deadline to submit entries is May 15, 2012. Prizes to be awarded include: cash prizes for first place ($500), second place ($300), and third place ($200); publication in the IPLS Proceedings journal; and choice of complimentary registration for the 38th Annual Intellectual Property Summer Institute, July 19-21, 2012, or 2013 Spring Intellectual Property Seminar.
