In December, you received an alert announcing that an instructional video concerning Michigan's new LSR rules would be posted to the State Bar of Michigan website in early January 2018.

Also, the Practising Law Institute (PLI) is hosting a free webinar on LSR Thursday January 25 at noon. This three-hour program will cover ABA model rules and California rules related to LSR, providing an overview of LSR concepts and the rapidly changing practice of LSR in a family law context, including a discussion of fee agreements, forms, and other materials.
