Prisons report attorneys unknowingly providing drugs to inmates
Attorneys are being warned to not provide original documents to incarcerated clients after several reports of lawyers unknowingly providing drugs through tainted papers.
Garnishment Day
To promote health and safety through social distancing, the Michigan Department of Treasury will be practicing vehicle waiting for those filing writs of garnishment on Nov. 1.
