HB 5566 (Rep. Pat Outman) Civil procedure: evictions; late payment fees; allow limited fees to be awarded in summary proceedings.

HB 4256 (The Michigan Penal Code, Public Accommodations for Service Animals) was reported out of the Senate Committee on Regulatory Reform without amendment on February 9th. It now moves onto the Senate floor.
