ADM File No. 2022-34: Amendment of MCR 3.992
The amendment of MCR 3.992 requires courts to consider a motion for postjudgment relief when the underlying order was entered following a referee’s recommendation and before the time for filing for judicial review under MCR 3.991 has elapsed. See MCR 3.991(A)(3).

The amendment of MCR 7.312 establishes rule-based briefing deadlines in leave granted and MOAA cases following appointment of appellate counsel for an indigent defendant or a ruling that the defendant is not entitled to appointment of appellate counsel.
