RULE AMENDMENT
ADM File No. 2024-32: Amendment of MCR 2.410
The amendment of MCR 2.410 explicitly allows ADR proceedings to be conducted by videoconferencing technology if such participation is appropriate under MCR 2.407. The amendment also clarifies that ADR proceedings conducted by videoconferencing technology need not be recorded and are not subject to public access.
