SB 75 Allow for state identification cards to be issued with designated address for address confidentiality program for certain victims and individuals;

SB 76 Exempt certain crime victims from jury duty and provide that certain individuals are not practicing law in violation of the revised judicature act.
SBM Position on SB 76: Oppose because it creates an additional exemption to jury service; courts already have the ability to excuse these individuals from jury service.
Criminal Law Section Position on SB 76: Oppose.
SB 253 Prohibit lawsuit to enforce real estate commission agreements, contracts, or promises required to be in writing if it is not in writing.
