HB 5117 (Revised Judicature Act of 1961, Wrongful Imprisonment Compensation) Senate Substitute S-1, HB 5118 (Wrongful Imprisonment Compensation Act, Time of Claims) Senate Substitute S-1, and SB 68 (Revised Judicature Act of 1961, Wrongful Imprisonment Compensation) Senate Substitute S-1 passed the House on 2/18. The bills now move onto the governor for approval.
