ADM File No. 2019-28/2021-36: Amendment of MCR 9.202
The amendment of MCR 9.202 clarifies that a judge who is the subject of judicial disciplinary proceedings may not be ordered to pay the costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the Judicial Tenure Commission in prosecuting the complaint.

The SBM Board of Commissioners will be considering several public policy items at its July 22 meeting. The public policy agenda can be reviewed online. Members of the State Bar are invited to submit comments to the Board of Commissioners on any of the items on the agenda. All comments received before the meeting will be shared with the Board.
