RULE AMENDMENTS
ADM File No. 2025-14: Amendment of MCR 8.115
In accordance with MCL 600.1821(4), the amendment of MCR 8.115 states that parties, attorneys, and subpoenaed witnesses are not subject to civil arrest while going to, attending, and returning from the places they are required to attend. The amendment defines several of the terms that appear in the rule.
