Make recommendations on the creation of a comprehensive receivership program operated by the State Bar of Michigan for attorneys that addresses the challenges associated with the aging membership and the increasing number of solo and small firm practitioners, including necessary changes to the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, and budgetary recommendations concerning the cost of operating the program and how to finance its operation.
