A new version of an old email fraud is circulating in Michigan stating that a California construction firm is seeking assistance with a tenancy agreement, and that they were referred to the attorney through recommendation from "SBM." The State Bar of Michigan does not make such recommendations. Please remain vigilant in checking for possible scams before replying to unsolicited email.
