SBM's Leaders Discussed Pipeline to Power for Women Lawyers in Michigan

State Bar of Michigan Executive Director Janet Welch moderated a panel of SBM's current and former female leadership that discussed "The Pipeline to Power for Women Lawyers in Michigan" on Friday, April 13, 2012, at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.

The panel also included former SBM President (1986-1987) and current University of Michigan Regent Julia Darlow, former SBM President (1996-1997) and current U.S. District Court Judge Victoria Roberts, former SBM President (2004-2005) and retired Wayne County Prosecutor's Office Trial Division Chief Nancy Diehl, and current SBM President and Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith Shareholder Julie Fershtman.

This group presented the closing discussion of Michigan State University College of Law's Gender and the Legal Profession's Pipeline to Power symposium, held April 12-13 in Detroit.
