Summary

In an order in lieu of granting leave to appeal the Court of Appeals judgment (see e-Journal # 71438 in the 10/9/19 edition), the court vacated the Court of Appeals order denying defendant’s motion for reconsideration, and remanded the case to that court, as on reconsideration granted, for plenary consideration of his “arguments, including the contention that in other cases, the Court of Appeals has remanded to the trial court for a determination whether to appoint appellate counsel for the defendant-appellee.”
