Learn how to avoid burnout in special wellness seminar for attorneys
The State Bar of Michigan’s Lawyers & Judges Assistance Program (LJAP) will host its first ever virtual wellness event — “Resourcing Yourself Right to Bypass Burnout in the New Legal Landscape.”
Laura Mahr of Conscious Legal Minds will help attendees gain the tools they need to identify and prevent burnout. The session includes information on the four main causes of burnout in the legal community and key strategies to avoid them. The session also will provide attendees with tools that can be used to build resilience in two-minute spurts throughout your workday as well as a guided eight-step process to reveal where you are most depleted in your life and how to recover when you feel drained.
Register today to attend the seminar from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Friday, October 14, 2022. The event will be hosted via Zoom and the link will be provided upon registration. A special gift is being offered to the first 25 registrants. Attendees also will receive a certificate of completion for the seminar.
