Join our Latest Lawyer Trust Accounts Virtual Seminars

The State Bar of Michigan will host three Lawyer Trust Accounts Seminars this year to give attorneys and their staffs an overview of management principles and recordkeeping resources.

The virtual seminars focus on the ethical management of lawyer trust accounts, including how to process client or third-party funds as well as an in-depth look at recordkeeping requirements. The webinars, which are open to lawyers and their staff, is an opportunity for participants to receive practical information regarding MRPC 1.15 and 1.15A.

The cost is $25. The virtual seminars meet 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. via Zoom on the following dates:

March 22, 2022: Register here by March 18
June 21, 2022: Register here by June 17
October 25, 2022: Register here by October 21

Payment and the completed registration form must be received by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the virtual seminar.
