2022 Pro Bono Honor Roll Application 

The 2022 Honor Roll will recognize Michigan attorneys, firms, and corporate legal departments for qualifying legal services provided in the 2021 calendar year.

 

Individual Michigan Attorneys - The 2022 Honor Roll will recognize individual Michigan attorneys who provide 30 or more hours of qualifying pro bono service in 2021 at one of the following three tiers.

§  Tier 1 = 100+ Hours

§  Tier 2 = 50-99 Hours

§  Tier 3 = 30-49 Hours

 

Michigan Firms and Corporate Legal Departments

Cumulative Hours - Law firms and corporations that submit an Honor Roll application and provide at least 100 hours of pro bono legal services in 2021 are eligible for recognition on the Honor Roll at one of the following four tiers.

§  Tier 1 = 6,000–7,999 Hours

§  Tier 2 = 4,000–5,999 Hours  

§  Tier 3 = 2,000–3,999 Hours

§  Tier 4 = 100–1,999 Hours

 Per-Attorney Average Hours - Law firms and corporations that submit an Honor Roll application and achieve a per-attorney average of 30 or more hours of pro bono legal services in 2021 are eligible for recognition on the Honor Roll at one of the following three tiers.

§  Tier 1 = 100+ Hours

§  Tier 2 = 50-99 Hours

§  Tier 3 = 30-49 Hours 

 

2022 Pro Bono Service Reporting Survey  - Even if you do not want to be publicly recognized for your pro bono service, you are still encouraged to report your pro bono service hours to the State Bar of Michigan.

2022 Pro Bono Honor Roll Application (Individual) This online form should be used to submit pro bono service information for only one attorney. Attorneys that work for a law firm or corporation with multiple attorneys can use this form if the pro bono service information being reported is for only one attorney.  

2022 Pro Bono Honor Roll Application (Firm/Corporation) This online form should be used to submit pro bono service information for two or more attorneys employed by the same law firm, corporation, or other organization.
