Pursuant to MCR 9.305(C), upon receipt of an order appointing an interim administrator, the appointed interim administrator must provide notice of the appointment in accordance with the rule. For your convenience, SCAO Form CC 531, Notice of Appointment of Interim Administrator, may be used to complete the requirement.
