Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Demographic Report, 2025

This section brings together mediators, arbitrators, and attorneys focused on resolving disputes outside of court. Members serve individuals, businesses, and public entities seeking efficient and collaborative dispute resolution. The section promotes access to timely and cost-effective justice across Michigan. The Alternative Dispute Resolution section is composed of 801 active members, with 751 (93.76%) residing in the State of Michigan. Approximately 2.2% of Michigan's legal professionals belong to this section.
