Business Law Section Demographic Report, 2025

The Business Law Section includes attorneys advising Michigan businesses of all sizes. Members support entrepreneurs, corporations, and nonprofits on formation, governance, transactions, and compliance. The section contributes to a stable and predictable business environment statewide. The Business Law section is composed of 3,284 active members, with 3,043 (92.66%) residing in the State of Michigan. Approximately 8.91% of Michigan's legal professionals belong to this section.
