Criminal Law Section Demographic Report, 2025

The Criminal Law Section includes prosecutors, defense attorneys, and policy professionals. Members serve defendants, victims, and the public through the criminal justice system. The section promotes fairness, due process, and public safety across Michigan. The Criminal Law section is composed of 2,293 active members, with 2,213 (96.51%) residing in the State of Michigan. Approximately 6.48% of Michigan's legal professionals belong to this section.
