Information Technology Law Section Demographic Report, 2025

This section serves attorneys addressing legal issues involving technology and data. Members work with businesses, government, and individuals on privacy, cybersecurity, and technology transactions. The section supports responsible innovation and digital trust in Michigan. The Information Technology Law section is composed of 583 active members, with 506 (86.79%) residing in the State of Michigan. Approximately 1.48% of Michigan's legal professionals belong to this section.
