Negligence Law Section Demographic Report, 2025

The Negligence Law Section includes attorneys handling civil liability and personal injury matters. Members serve individuals and businesses involved in injury and tort disputes. The section supports accountability and compensation under Michigan law. The Negligence Law section is composed of 1,591 active members, with 1,525 (95.85%) residing in the State of Michigan. Approximately 4.46% of Michigan's legal professionals belong to this section.
