Real Property Law Section Demographic Report, 2025

This section serves attorneys handling real estate transactions and land use issues. Members support homeowners, developers, lenders, and municipalities across Michigan. The section promotes clarity and stability in property ownership and development. The Real Property Law section is composed of 3,502 active members, with 3,243 (92.6%) residing in the State of Michigan. Approximately 9.49% of Michigan's legal professionals belong to this section.
