Workers' Compensation Law Section Demographic Report, 2025

This section serves attorneys representing injured workers and employers. Members support access to benefits and compliance with Michigan’s workers’ compensation system. The section promotes timely and fair resolution of workplace injury claims. The Workers' Compensation Law section is composed of 403 active members, with 378 (93.8%) residing in the State of Michigan. Approximately 1.11% of Michigan's legal professionals belong to this section.
