Under Rule 3.1 of the Permanent Rules of Procedure of the Representative Assembly, any person may be permitted to address the RA with the consent of two-thirds of RA members present at the meeting. The Chairperson of a committee or section of the State Bar of Michigan has the privilege to speak before the Assembly without a vote of RA members. Anyone interested in addressing the RA at the meeting should send a request to repassembly@michbar.org.
