Volunteers Needed for Virtual Face of Justice Event on June 1

May 4, 2021

The State Bar of Michigan is seeking volunteer attorneys for an upcoming virtual Face of Justice event, which is designed to teach high school students about the legal profession and to pique their interest as they consider their future. The program’s primary focus is a “jet-mentoring” component designed to give high school students the opportunity to interact with a variety of legal professionals.

Mentors are needed for the June 1 program with Southfield Public Schools. Since the event is being held virtually, attorneys from across the state are encouraged to participate. Mentors will need to commit to three hours on the day of the event and one hour preparation ahead of the event.

If you are interested in mentoring in this virtual environment, please fill out this form.
