Join the PMRC virtual seminar, “How to Run a Lean Law Firm,” featuring Larry Port, CEO of Rocket Matter and Dave Maxfield, consumer law attorney for Consumer Law SC. Speaker Bios:
Larry Port
Larry Port is the founder and CEO of Rocket Matter, the pioneering cloud-based legal practice management software. His is the co-author of “The Lean Law Firm: Run Your Firm Like the World’s Most Profitable and Efficient Businesses,” published by the American Bar Association. Larry frequently discusses design and efficiency as well as quality techniques in the software industry that can be leveraged by lawyers and other legal professionals.

Dave Maxfield
Dave Maxfield runs a consumer protection practice in Columbia, South Carolina. He’s the three-time Chair of the Consumer Law Section of the SC Bar and past president of the Richland County Bar. He has represented thousands in cases against banks, credit reporting agencies, and insurance companies. Besides co-hosting The Lean Law Firm podcast, he consults with law firms to help transform their practices through Lean methods and consults with tech providers to make products more useful for lawyers. In 2018, with co-author Larry Port, he wrote the ABA book, The Lean Law Firm.
