The two-day seminar will be broken down into a PIP day on Oct. 4 and a Tort day on Oct. 5.

Topics on the Oct. 4 PIP day include: Bazzi, Best Practices in PIP Cases, Dealing with ACP Obstructionism, Covenant, and Ontario/Michigan Auto Liability & Insurance Issues.

The Oct. 5 Tort day will cover topics like: Tort Threshold, Legislative Situation, Driverless Cars, Overcoming Comparative Negligence in Rear End Collision Cases, and Best Practices for Proving Threshold Injuries.
