MAJ’s 16^th Annual Medical Malpractice Seminar

The morning session will feature nationally-recognized trial lawyer Mark Mandell. Mr. Mandell will demonstrate how to use his three-point method to frame a case and obtain just outcomes for clients.

The morning session will be followed by the Annual Medical Malpractice Seminar. The entire day's presentations will be moderated by MAJ Past Presidents Jesse Reiter and Judith Susskind. Topics during the afternoon Medical Malpractice seminar will include: Structured Settlements, An Agency Alternative to Grewe--Joint Venture, and Updates on Medical Malpractice Law.

This seminar is for MAJ plaintiff members only. Registrants can attend the morning seminar only, or the entire day.
