Join us for the Third Circuit Court's 2022 State of the Court address.

Chief Judge Timothy M. Kenny and Chief Judge Pro Tem Patricia Fresard will provide a 2022 State of the Court address identifying the current state of 3rd Circuit Court, accomplishments of the 3rd Circuit Court and its practitioners over the last year, and discuss the plans moving forward as we transition out of the Pandemic.  

Keynote Speaker: Kevin Boyle, an American author and the William Smith Mason Professor of American History at Northwestern University, will discuss his book, Arc of Justice: A Saga of Race, Civil Rights, and Murder in the Jazz Age, an electrifying story about a 1925 murder trial in Detroit that divided the city and ignited the civil rights struggle.    

Agenda: 11:30am- 1:30pm - Networking, interaction with judges, followed by plated hot lunch, and presentations.
