Led by authors Brenda Barnes and Camille Stell, the webinar will focus on modernizing compensation plans to increase transparency, retain talent, and build positive law firm culture. This webinar is applicable for small and large firms and for individuals who want to become knowledgeable regarding best practices in compensation. Stell & Barnes also address the emotional aspect of compensation with regards to assigning value and respect to individuals, the specific and changing needs of associates, and overcoming compensation bias. A recording of the webinar will also be made available to those who register in advance.
