The GTLA Young Lawyers Association cordially invites you to a "Meet the Judges" event this Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. at River Life Paradise located at 1615 E. River Rd, Traverse City. Local band "Willie and the Wannabes" will play from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. There will be some appetizers and free drinks. Friends and family (including children) of GTLA members are welcome. Confirmed guests for this event include Michigan Supreme Court Justice Kurtis T. Wilder (http://courts.mi.gov/courts/michigansupremecourt/justices/pages/justice-kurtis-t.-wilder.aspx), 13th Circuit Court Judge Power and Judge Elsenheimer, as well as Wexford County Referee Marian Kromkowski (Wexford Co.). In addition, attorneys attending the event will qualify for a drawing to spend the evening of August 10th, 2017 on a regal boat (http://www.regalboats.com/model/2500-bowrider/#&gid=1&pid=5) sightseeing the Grand Traverse Bay with Michigan Supreme Court Justice McCormack and 13th Circuit Court Leelanau County Judge Larry Nelson. Two names will be drawn.
