Diminished capacity; People v Madison

In an order in lieu of granting leave to appeal, the court vacated Part III of the Court of Appeals judgment (see eJournal # 83059 in the 2/10/25 edition), and remanded the case to that court for reconsideration in light of Madison. It denied leave to appeal in all other respects because it was not persuaded that it should review the remaining question presented.
