Entrapment; People v Jade

In an order in lieu of granting leave to appeal, the court vacated the Court of Appeals judgment (see eJournal # 82586 in the 11/14/24 edition), and the trial court’s order denying defendant’s motion to dismiss on entrapment grounds, and remanded the case to the trial court for reconsideration in light of Jade.
