Diminished-capacity defense; People v Madison

In an order in lieu of granting leave to appeal, the court vacated Part II of the judgment of the Court of Appeals (see eJournal # 82048 in the 8/13/24 edition) and remanded the case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of the court's decision in Madison.
